Exercising is the activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness. Due to our busy schedules we intentionally( Laziness ) or unintentionally tend to miss the valuable part for our life.

People exercise for many different reasons. Some of the Benefits you get by Exercising are listed below:

Better Mood
When you exercise, your body makes endorphin’s — “feel-good” chemicals in the brain. Within few minutes of exercising, you start to feel better. But the effects of regular exercise can last for a long time.

Increase in Energy
When you exercise regularly, that fatigue goes away and you find yourself with a lot more pep.

More Confidence
You just did 20 pull-ups or ran 10 kilometers. Success you get from exercise adds more confidence  in you. It makes you feel good about yourself.

Better Sleep
The harder you exercise, the more likely you are to have a good night’s sleep. It doesn’t matter when you exercise, as long as you don’t have trouble sleeping. If you do have problems, though, work out earlier in the day.

Your bones and muscles get stronger when you work out. It’s especially important to do weight-bearing exercise, such as weight-lifting, tennis, walking, and dancing. This can help build bones as you get older. And it can help ward off osteoporosis and protect your balance and coordination.

There are three broad intensities of exercise:

  • Light exercise – Meditation the exerciser is able to talk while exercising. Going for a walk is an example of light exercise.
  • Moderate exercise – the exerciser feels slightly out of breath during the session. Examples could be walking briskly, cycling moderately, or walking up a hill.
  • Vigorous exercise – the exerciser is panting during the activity. The exerciser feels his/her body is being pushed much nearer its limit, compared to the other two intensities.
