HIIT workouts has been a new buzz due to quick calories burning formula. HIIT is better than steady running or normal gym workouts.  If you’re​ planning to lose fat, you must do HIIT workout. HIIT workout increases endurance and quality of your muscles, gives you an athletic body shape.

For Beginners

Per Round time: 2 mins

Rest between each round: 1 minute

No. of rounds: 4

1. Push-up – 30 secs ( maximum reps )

2. Squats- 30 secs ( maximum reps )

3. Mountain climbers : 30 secs ( maximum reps )

4. Plank : 30 secs ( maximum reps )

For Intermediates​

No. of rounds: 4

Rest between each round : 1 minute

1. 10 Burpees

2. 20 push-ups

3. 10 pullups

4. 15 Jumping Squats

For Pro

No. of rounds: 4

Rest between each round : 1 minute

1. 15 Burpees

2. Bicycles crunches : 45 seconds

3. 15 pullups

4. 15 Jumping Squats

5. Plank: 1 minute

6. Alternate Arm Motion( Battle Rope) : 45 seconds

7. 10 Chinups

8. Sprint : 200 meters
